  • Do you offer online or in-person therapy?
    I only offer online therapy to provide flexibility for those who may travel for work and or live outside of Dallas-Fort Worth. I am happy to work with anyone who is a resident of Texas and Louisiana.
  • Do you accept Insurance?
    I operate as an out-of-network provider. Upon request, I will provide you with documentation you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Being under the control of insurance companies means they have control over your length of treatment and frequency of sessions. Insurance companies require clinicians to give you a diagnosis & share that diagnosis with them to add to your permanent health record. Basically, by not participating in insurance panels, I am able to keep your therapeutic experience confidential and you maintain control of your journey.
  • Do you work with clients outside of Texas for Teletherapy?
    Yes, I am currently licensed to practice therapy in Texas and Louisiana. I do offer Relationship and Life Coaching and consultations for individuals that resides outside of the state of Texas and Louisiana. 
  • What is the payment and cancellation policy?
    Transformative Hearts pricing varies depending on the months of servicing.   I have a limited number of availabilities and offer reduced fees that are determined by your income and individual financial situation.    I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can get a sense of whether I can be of support to you.   You are able to pay for services using Credit and Debit Card. Also, payment plans are available, if needed.    I do not accept insurance at this time. CANCELLATION My cancellation policy requires 72 hours advance notice. Appointments canceled with less notice will incur the full session fee.
